THAT a special borough council meeting shall be held on Monday, October 17, 2011, at 7:00 p.m., in room 205 of the borough hall located at 4555 rue de Verdun. During this meeting, the borough mayor shall introduce the 2012 budget.
Deliberations of the borough council as well as the question period shall pertain to these matters only.
