ZONING BY-LAW 1700-83 (PARKING SPACES)

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the undersigned:

 

THAT the borough council adopted at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, June 7, 2011, under resolution CA11 210296, Zoning By-law 1700-83 entitled:  "By-law modifying Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:

 

                   In the districts of Wellington-de-l'Église and Desmarchais-Crawford, increase the minimum number of parking spaces required for residential project exceeding 12 units at a distance of 500 metres or more from a metro station;

 

                   In the districts of Wellington-de-l'Église and Desmarchais-Crawford, reduce the minimum number and set a maximum number of parking spaces required for residential project exceeding 12 units at a distance of 500 metres or less from a metro station;

 

                   Introduce a special norm for parking spaces applicable to social housing project;

 

                   In the district of L'Île-des-Soeurs, reduce the minimum number of parking spaces required for residential project exceeding 12 units;

 

                   Require a study on parking conditions for residential project exceeding 12 units in Zones H03-03, H03-04, H03-52, H03-120, H03-125, H03-127, H03-128, H03-129, H03-130 and H03-131.”

 

THAT the director of the Direction du développement économique et urbain du Service du développement et des opérations, approved Zoning By-law 1700-83 on July 28, 2011, under decision DA110524022.

 

Interested individuals may consult Zoning By-law 1700-83 at the office of the undersigned located at 4555, rue de Verdun, during regular office hours, Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., without interruption.

 

In accordance with section 133 of the City of Montréal Charter, Zoning By-law 1700-83 came into force on August 8, 2011, date of issuance of the certificate of compliance.
