PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the borough council adopted at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, June 7, 2011, the following by-law:
By-law RCA11 210003
By-law authorizing a loan of $4,142,000.00 for street rehabilitation including asphalt paving, sidewalks, street lighting, signage and street furniture.
Said by-law was approved by the ministère des Affaires municipales, des Régions et de l'Occupation du territoire on July 19, 2011.
Copy of this by-law may be consulted at the office of the undersigned located at 4555 rue de Verdun, room 102, during regular office hours, Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., without interruption.
This by-law comes into force on the day of publication of the present notice, according to the law.
