REQUESTS FOR AN EXEMPTION TO THE BAN TO TRANSFORM AN IMMOVABLE INTO CONDOMINIUMS (112 TO 116, 2E AVENUE AND 5433 TO 5435, RUE DE VERDUN)

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, at a regular meeting of the borough council to be held on Tuesday, September 6, 2011, at 7:00 p.m., in the borough council chamber, room 205, located at 4555, rue de Verdun, said council shall render a decision concerning these requests for an exemption to the ban to transform an immovable into condominiums for the following properties:
1.112 to 116, 2e Avenue
2.5433 to 5435, rue de Verdun
Individuals wishing to be heard by the borough council concerning said requests may do so at the meeting to be held on Tuesday, September 6, 2011, at 7:00 p.m.
