PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the undersigned:

THAT the borough council adopted at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, June 7, 2011, under resolution CA11 210297, Zoning By-law 1700-84-1 entitled:  "By-law modifying Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:

–  Establish new Zone H02-136 from existing Zone H02-44 in order to allow a 6-storey residential building.”

THAT the director of the Direction du développement économique et urbain du Service du développement et des opérations, approved Zoning By-law 1700-84-1 on July 12, 2011, under decision DA110524023.

Interested individuals may consult Zoning By-law 1700-84-1 at the office of the undersigned located at 4555, rue de Verdun, during regular office hours, Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., without interruption.

In accordance with section 133 of the City of Montréal Charter, Zoning By-law 1700-84-1 came into force on July 13, 2011, date of issuance of the certificate of compliance.
