ZONING BY-LAW 1700-80 (AUTHORIZE 3-STOREY BUILDINGS IN ZONES H03-44 AND H03-55)

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the undersigned:
THAT the borough council adopted at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, April 5, 2011, under resolution CA11 210186, Zoning By-law 1700-80 entitled: "By-law modifying Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:
– Authorize 3-storey buildings in Zones H03-44 and H03-55.”
THAT the director of the Direction du développement économique et urbain du Service du développement et des opérations, approved Zoning By-law 1700-80 on April 28, 2011, under decision DA110524012.
Interested individuals may consult Zoning By-law 1700-80 at the office of the undersigned located at 4555, rue de Verdun, during regular office hours, Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., without interruption.
In accordance with section 133 of the City of Montréal Charter, Zoning By-law 1700-80 came into force on April 28, 2011, date of issuance of the certificate of compliance.
