PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given:
THAT the borough council adopted at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, May 3, 2011, at 7:00 p.m., the following by-law:
By-law RCA07 210007-1
By-law modifying By-law RCA07 210007 governing the granting of exemptions to the ban to convert a rental residential immovable to divided co-ownership in the Desmarchais-Crawford and Wellington-de-l'Église sectors in the borough.
Individuals interested in consulting said by-law may do so Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., without interruption, at the borough secretary's office, 4555 rue de Verdun, room 102. This by-law comes into force on the day of publication of the present notice, according to law.
