PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given:
THAT the borough council adopted at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, April 5, 2011, at 7:00 p.m., the following by-laws:
By-law RCA05 210009-1
By-law modifying By-law RCA05 210009 of the borough council governing the delegation of powers to municipal officers and employees.
Individuals interested in consulting said by-laws may do so Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., without interruption, at the borough secretary's office, 4555 rue de Verdun, room 102. These by-laws come into force on the day of publication of the present notice, according to law.
