PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the undersigned:

THAT the borough council adopted at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, February 1, 2011, under resolution CA11 210067, Zoning By-law 1700-79 entitled:  "By-law modifying Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:

– Modify the boundaries of Zones H01-02 and H01-06 of Zoning Plan 2/2 in order to include immovables situated at 1310, rue Lloyd George and 1355, rue Clemenceau in the new Zone E01-06;

– Replace the Table of Uses and Norms H01-06 with the Table of Uses and Norms E01-06 in order to allow "daycare centre" and "educational establishment and administrative office" uses exclusively in the new Zone E01-06.”

THAT the director of the Développement et opérations of the Direction du développement économique et urbain approved Zoning By-law 1700-79 on February 18, 2011, under decision DA110524003.

Interested individuals may consult Zoning By-law 1700-79 at the office of the undersigned located at 4555, rue de Verdun, Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., without interruption.

In accordance with section 133 of the City of Montréal Charter, Zoning By-law 1700-79 came into force on February 22, 2011, date of issuance of the certificate of compliance.
