NOTICE is hereby given that the following ordinance was enacted by the Verdun borough council at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, February 1, 2011.
BY-LAW RCA10 210012 GOVERNING CLEANLINESS, NUISANCES AND PARKS IN THE BOROUGH.
Ordinance pertaining to noise in inhabited places in accordance with By-law RCA10 210012 governing cleanliness, nuisances and parks in the borough concerning the following:
– Classification of inhabited places; – Devices used for measurement; – Position of microphone when measuring noise intensity; – Methods of measuring; – Periods of the day; – Standardization; – Maximum level.
The ordinance may be consulted at the borough hall, room 102, 4555, rue de Verdun, Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., without interruption.
