REQUESTS FOR AN EXEMPTION TO THE BAN TO TRANSFORM AN IMMOVABLE INTO CONDOMINIUMS (1080 À 1086, 6E AVENUE; 5614 À 5616, RUE BANNANTYNE; 4301 À 4305, RUE WELLINGTON)

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, at a regular meeting of the borough council to be held on Tuesday, March 1, 2011, at 7:00 p.m., in the borough council chamber, room 205, located at 4555, rue de Verdun, said council shall render a decision concerning these requests for an exemption to the ban to transform an immovable into condominiums for the following properties:
1. 1080 to 1086, 6e Avenue 2. 5614 to 5616, rue Bannantyne 3. 4301 to 4305, rue Wellington.
Individuals wishing to be heard by the borough council concerning said requests may do so at the meeting to be held on Tuesday, March 1, 2011, at 7:00 p.m.
