PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given:
THAT the borough council adopted at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, November 2, 2010, at 7:00 p.m., the following by-law:
By-law RCA10 210009
By-law on the service tax for the 2011 fiscal year.
THAT the borough council adopted at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, December 7, 2010, at 7:00 p.m., the following by-law:
By-law RCA10 210010
By-law imposing fees (fiscal year 2011).
Individuals interested in consulting said by-laws may do so Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., without interruption, at the borough secretary's office, 4555 rue de Verdun, room 102. These by-laws come into force on January 1st, 2011.
