ZONNING BY-LAW 1700-78 (AUTHORIZE GALVANISED CHAIN LINK FENCES FOR SKATING RINKS AND MODIFY THE STANDARDS APPLICABLE TO THE HEIGHT OF GARDEN CENTER FENCES)

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the undersigned:

THAT the borough council adopted at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, November 2, 2010, under resolution CA10 210513, Zoning By-law 1700-78 entitled:  "By-law modifying Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:

- authorize galvanized chain link fences for skating rinks;

- modify the standards applicable to the height of garden center fences.”

THAT the director of the Développement et opérations of the Direction du développement économique et urbain approved Zoning By-law 1700-78 on November 19, 2010, under decision DA100524048.

Interested individuals may consult Zoning By-law 1700-78 at the office of the undersigned located at 4555, rue de Verdun, Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., without interruption.

In accordance with section 133 of the City of Montréal Charter, Zoning By-law 1700-78 came into force on November 23, 2010, date of issuance of the certificate of compliance.
