PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the undersigned:

THAT the borough council adopted at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, October 5, 2010, under resolution CA10 210459, Zoning By-law 1700-76 entitled:  "By-law modifying Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:

-Modify the norms applicable to the dimension of an area located within a dwelling unit for business or commercial purposes;

-Limit the number of employees operating a home based business to two (2) employees;

-Limit to a total of five (5) students permitted for “private education” use.”

THAT the director of the Développement et opérations of the Direction du développement économique et urbain approved Zoning By-law 1700-76 on October 27, 2010, under decision DA100524040.

Interested individuals may consult Zoning By-law 1700-76 at the office of the undersigned located at 4555, rue de Verdun, during regular office hours, Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., without interruption.

In accordance with section 133 of the City of Montréal Charter, Zoning By-law 1700-76 came into force on October 27, 2010, date of issuance of the certificate of compliance.
