ZONING BY-LAW 1700-77 (ZONES H03-03, H03-04 AND H03-120)

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the undersigned:
THAT the borough council adopted at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, October 5, 2010, under resolution CA10 210460, Zoning By-law 1700-77 entitled: "By-law modifying Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, so as to:
–Include special provisions applicable to Zones H03-03, H03-04 and H03-120;
–Include site plan objectives and criteria applicable to Zones H03-03, H03-04 and H03-120;
–Include Zone H03-120 to the zones requiring the presentation of the site plan prior to applying for a certificate of authorization applicable to signage.”
THAT the director of the Développement et opérations of the Direction du développement économique et urbain approved Zoning By-law 1700-77 on October 27, 2010, under decision DA100524041.
Interested individuals may consult Zoning By-law 1700-77 at the office of the undersigned located at 4555, rue de Verdun, during regular office hours, Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., without interruption.
In accordance with section 133 of the City of Montréal Charter, Zoning By-law 1700-77 came into force on October 27, 2010, date of issuance of the certificate of compliance.
