THAT a special borough council meeting shall be held on Tuesday, November 2, 2010, at 7:30 p.m., in room 205 of the borough hall located at 4555 rue de Verdun. During this meeting, the borough mayor shall introduce the 2011 budget and the three-year capital expenditure program for 2011-2012-2013 pertaining to the borough.
Deliberations of the borough council as well as the question period shall pertain to these matters only.
