REQUESTS FOR MINOR EXEMPTION (418, RUE HENRI-DUHAMEL AND 4555 TO 4565, RUE WELLINGTON)

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, at a regular borough council meeting to be held on Tuesday, November 2, 2010, at 7 p.m., in the council chamber, room 205, at the borough hall located at 4555, rue de Verdun, said borough council shall render a decision concerning the following requests for minor exemption to the provisions of Zoning By-law 1700, as amended, in order to:

1. allow aluminum siding on the rear wall of the second floor extension to the property located at 418, rue Henri-Duhamel, and grant a minor exemption to the provisions of section 163 of Zoning By-law 1700, as amended;

2. allow minor exemptions to the lot size requirements further to changes in cadastral boundaries with respect to property boundaries for contiguous lots 4 682 787 (4555 to 4565, rue Wellington) and lot 4 682 788 (4567 to 4573, rue Wellington), nonconforming lots to the Table of Uses and Norms C02-32.  Lot 4 682 787 has a lot depth of 17.07 metres instead of the required 22 metres.  Lot 4 682 788 has a lot depth of 17.07 metres instead of the required 22 metres, a lot area of 104.1 m2 instead of the required 154 m2 and a lot frontage of 6.10 metres instead of the required 7 metres.

Individuals wishing to be heard by the borough council concerning said requests may do so at the meeting to be held on Tuesday, November 2, 2010, at 7 p.m.
