BY-LAW 1752-2 (BY-LAW MODIFYING BY-LAW 1752 PERTAINING TO MINOR EXEMPTIONS)

NOTICE is hereby given by the undersigned:

THAT the borough council adopted at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, June 1, 2010, under resolution CA10 210266, By-law 1752-2 entitled: "By-law modifying By-law 1752 pertaining to minor exemptions in order to:

– Include the obligation to post a notice on the project site that is the object of the request;
– Include the acceptance of a request when the project promotes sustainable development.”

THAT the division chief, Urban Projects Bureau, approved By-law 1752-2 on June 28, 2010, under decision DA100524023.

Interested individuals may consult By-law 1752-2 at the office of the undersigned located at 4555, rue de Verdun, during regular office hours.

In accordance with section 133 of the City of Montréal Charter, By-law 1752-2 came into force on June 30, 2010, date of issuance of the certificate of compliance.
