City Council has adopted a by-law modifying the Master Plan.

The updated version of the maps "Established areas, areas to be built and areas to be transformed" , "Employment Areas", "Built Heritage", "Land Use Designation" and "Building Density" is now available.

The extract of the maps "Built Heritage", "Land Use Designation" and "Building Density" for the borough of Ville-Marie is available in its Borough Document.

Complementary document – Part III

The updated versions of the complementary document and the maps "Building Heights – Mount Royal Historic and Natural District", "Building Coverage Ratios – Mount Royal Historic and Natural District", "Targeted Properties – Mount Royal Historic and Natural District" and "Protected Natural Areas and Green Spaces – Mount Royal Historic and Natural District" are now available.
