Ville-Marie City Council has adopted a by-law modifying the Master Plan.
The updated version of the maps "Major Retail Components", "Parks and Green Spaces" and "Building Density" is now available.
The extract of the maps "Parks and Green Spaces" and "Building Density" for the borough of Ville-Marie are available in its Borough Document.
Complementary document – Part IIICity Council has adopted a by-law modifying the Master Plan.
The updated versions of the complementary document and the maps "Height Limits – Mount Royal Historic and Natural District", "Building Coverage Ratios – Mount Royal Historic and Natural District", "Targeted Properties – Mount Royal Historic and Natural District" and "Protected Natural Areas and Green Spaces – Mount Royal Historic and Natural District" are now available.
