Le Sud-Ouest
City Council has adopted a by-law modifying the Master Plan to include the chapter concerning the Borough of Sud-Ouest and to make related changes.
The updated version of the maps "Parks and Green Spaces", "Land Use Designation" and "Building Density" is now available, while the extract of these maps showing the Borough of Sud-Ouest is available in its Borough Document. The updated version of the map «Building Heights» is also available in the Borough Document.

City Council has adopted a by-law modifying the Master Plan :
«Attendu qu'à sa séance du 14 juin 2005, le conseil d'arrondissement de Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve a donné un avis de motion de la présentation du projet de règlement intitulé «Règlement modifiant le Plan d'urbanisme de la Ville de Montréal (04-047)» afin de remplacer l'affectation «secteur d'emplois» par un «secteur mixte» et de modifier les densités de construction pour le secteur compris à l'est de la rue Viau et au sud de l'emprise de l'ancienne voie ferrée»

Business and Retail Areas to be Densified while Creating New Public Transit Corridors", "
Employment Areas to be Redevelopped while Making Structuring Interventions to the Road Network", "

«Attendu qu'à sa séance du 7 juin 2005, le conseil d'arrondissement de Ville-Marie a donné un avis de motion de la présentation du projet de règlement intitulé «Règlement modifiant le Plan d'urbanisme de la Ville de Montréal (04-047)» de manière à accroître la densité permise du côté ouest de la rue Saint-Hubert, entre la rue Ontario et la propriété sise au 1640, rue Saint-Hubert, en y étendant le secteur de densité voisin qui permet un coefficient d’occupation du sol (COS) maximum de 6.»
