Shooting in Montréal

Start the project on the right footing by making an appointment with the Montréal Film and TV Commission at least three weeks before the shooting date. At this meeting, a file will be opened in compliance with the Memorandum of Agreement. You will need to complete and submit an application to occupy public property before filming begins.

To learn more about the steps to follow and the forms to be filled out, download the guide Shooting in Montréal and the Guidelines on Municipal Logistical Support for Feature Films and Televisual Shooting on Public Property.

Below are all the forms and documents mentioned in these guides.
