Montreal's 375th anniversary commemorative festivities

The observation platform located near the St. Lawrence River contributes to the revitalization of the heritage area of Vieux-Pointe-aux-Trembles.

This belvedere offers a striking panorama of the river and can accommodate events and shows. Located behind the new administrative offices of the borough, at the Maison du citoyen, this new development is accessible at all times. The lookout environment is also remodeled so that the spectators can comfortably attend the performances. New green spaces and two parking lots of less than twenty places each were built. Founded in the 17th century, Pointe-aux-Trembles is the second oldest parish on the island of Montreal. A territory rich in history, which is part of the Montréal heritage and which one hopes to make discover the citizens of the other arrondissements.

This project is receiving financial support from the city and RDP-PAT.
Investment by the city: $1.1 million
