Lookout in Vieux-Pointe-aux-Trembles: Let the show begin!

Imagine an observation platform that overlooks the St. Lawrence River, in the newly revitalized historic area of Old Pointe-aux-Trembles.
Lookout in Vieux-Pointe-aux-Trembles.

The lookout will offer a breathtaking panorama of the river and will serve as a venue for events and shows.

Located behind the borough’s new administrative offices in the Maison du citoyen, this new development will be accessible at all times. The surroundings will be remodelled to allow spectators to comfortably attend the shows presented. New green spaces and two parking lots, each with no more than 20 spaces, are among the borough’s upcoming projects.

Founded in the 17th century, the Pointe-aux-Trembles Parish is the second oldest on the Island of Montréal. This territory’s rich history is an integral part of Montréal’s heritage, and citizens from other boroughs will be invited to discover it, notably through this project.

This project is receiving financial support from the city and RDP-PAT.
Investment by the city: $1.1 million
