Bold interactive works – both on a monumental and a human scale – meet visual, urban and digital arts as well as design and architecture.
KM3

Day and night, the Quartier des spectacles invites you to stroll along the new artworks route that will be set up for six weeks in the Fall of 2017.

KM3 is meant to transform the public space into a playground for artists from here and beyond, offering Montrealers and visitors alike a unique walking experience. By meandering through the neighbourhood’s streets and alleys and crossing its public squares and buildings, people will discover new forms of public art and gain a first-hand glimpse at the rich array of artworks across Montréal territory.

This event promises to serve as a true showcase for artistic excellence from Quebec and abroad, thus further consolidating Montréal’s reputation as a cultural metropolis.

This project is receiving financial support from the Ville de Montréal and the Government of Quebec under the Entente sur le développement culturel de Montréal.
Investment by the city: $2.5 million
